First essay, generally attributed to William Penn, more of a general essay. On p. 11 begins a 13-page more personal eulogy by William Penn himself: “A Tribute To The Memory of Springett Penn, By His Father”. The book concludes with a poem by “H.F. Gould”, Hannah Flagg Gould. This book was published the year after Hannah Gould's first book of poetry was published.
